Today's world is full of questions and questions unending.

There are hundreds, if not thousands of books written on" how to".
It seems there are more questions than answers.

Worries and pain over critical issues stems out of the shallow knowledge of the subject matter.
If that is true, then success comes through a deep knowledge base of the subject matter.

The pursuant of knowledge and its right application in the flexible environment of life confers mastery as you journey the tough terrain of your location or purpose.
Remember, no one can attain the zenith of things locked up in eternity, therefore while we are all in the process of things we gain strength.

In relationship, study the elements of your spouse and flow in the rhythm of the preferred pattern.
Be flexible. If you are rigid there will be break up. You are not always right.
To be close to an instrument or enjoy the use of it, you must have a deep knowledge of the equipment.
That principle apply to every involvement of man on planet earth.

Pursue knowledge and right application of things, your questions will reduce.

WHAT IF I FAIL?

Many persons often ask the question: "what if I Fail?"

While climbing the ladder I also wondered "what if..."
The secret to unending joy and fulfilment is stepping out to doing the things that have found root deep within your soul.

The first answer to the questions of our ambitious heart is, allow the flash of ideas take root deeply within you.Until the light shines on the idea in question, don't go ahead.

When the light of your illuminated mind shines on the idea, then step out!
Need not be in doubt,just do it!

Boldness has some genius in it.
The daring step of faith is the unlocking of grace and the foundation for unending fulfilment.

Be a strong believer of your ideas.
Fine tune your ideas. You may not be able to answer all the questions of you heart , however never trade your soul.

What is that impression on your mind?

A passion within you, burning so well that cannot be denied?

Keep the fire of your passion burning, with balance and deep knowledge of the subject matter.

After all said and done, take action.

Let it be a huge bang!

What if you fail? It doesn't matter after-all.

One thing I'm sure about is that you cannot fail doing the inscription on the canvass of your soul.

Be that Hero

Sometimes you have to be your own hero, because most of the people you think you can't live without, can actually live without you.

Win your battles.
Never live wounded.
Hurts are not for the brave heart.
To be successful and significant, taking the world in your hand, you have to be that hero well deserving for yourself.

Believe in yourself.
Stay focus on your dream.
If you don't focus on your dream you will be a mockery.
People may soon hire you to build their dream if you don't get busy with yours.

Your next level is in been courageous and dearing.
Be strategic and "formless" about every move.
The art of wining is focus and "formlessness".

Be Thankful

At age 108, Holocaust survivor Alice Herz Sommer still practices piano for 3 hours every day.

At age 104, she had a book written about her life: "A Garden Of Eden In Hell."

At age 83, she had cancer. Alice survived the concentration camps through her music, her optimism and her gratitude for the small things that came her way - a smile, a kind word, the sun.

When asked about the secret of her longevity, Alice says: "I look where it is good."


Everything, however little in your life, is a present. The greatest secret of life is found in looking where it good. No matter what you're going through now, you will atleast find something that is working; be thankful.

At different instance in life there will be frictions and clash of interest.

Always remember, people are humans!

When you are offended in a professional environment, never ignore that absolute fact that the person on the other side of the issue is not a devil.

In a standard environment you must first seek to understand before you are understood. Win-Win situation may not always strike a balance in the middle. Relationship is the bedrock of human existence. If at all times you always feel people insult you, you may want to check your esteem. You may be suffering from an insecure negative emotion.

Your personality is not the issue; the subject matter should be the issue!

Position seeking persons are going to find this hard. The truth is, you are not going to succeed in life, if you ever stop a star from rising. You may be looking for him behind you, be sure he left a long time ago.

Hate, bitterness and hurt are negative emotions that ruin your future.

The feeling of high and mighty is destructive, never be found in the blame game of life. If human relationship is more important to you than the mistake of people you will be willing to give them a chance to make mistake and not crucify them.

If you are hurt, be mature, ask question and correct issues, not nail people!
This is beyond human right; you may never be able to correct your wrong.

Human begins are precious, you can’t afford to lose a friend.

The Blessing of Opposition

Only those in position face opposition.

Our destiny is to be great. Greatness is trusted on us. For every anointed man there will be challenges to annul.

The creator strategically uses opposition to redirect our destiny when we ignore the hand writing of purpose.

Learn to welcome criticism. If you ever want to be great learn to always improve on the strength on your shock absorber.

Confrontation and criticism will always come, if you are in the direction of life.

Only die fish will swim in the direction of the flow of water.

The pain of separation cannot be quantify to the joy of following your dreams.

Man was never made to be tolerated, or tolerate each other.

Whatever stays long enough on your mind, will attract its material equivalent.

Feed your mind with the desirable pictures, visit your dream home built by someone else, stick those picture first on your mirror and make sure it gain a place in your heart.

Finding the Future

Our live's are anchored on the fulfilment of the written code within our soul.

Unconscious and born of nature are the imprints of the creator, thought we may not be willing, but our live's are attached permanently to the joy that ensue from the actualisation of our purpose.

Finding the future is a conscious effort of all.

The future however is not elusive or unreal.

Whatever we are trying to reach out for is already within us.

The essential is to bring it on. This is the huge task of life, a responsibility of every great achiever.

I have some counsel for reaching greatness:

1. Dig into your history: you sure have victories and success story in certain areas of your live. They are sure signal to your future.

2. Follow your deepest thought: follow your deepest insight, sometime we may not be able to find the answer as human but the light shines with the sharp burst of wisdom and direction from our deepest though. Ensure some quiet within you, the answer is near.

3. Map the route strategically: never take a step without a strategic mapping, not a single move without knowing the pros and cons.

4. Be Courageous: Only the courageous attain greatness.

5. Speak the future: to achieve your goals in life your heart, works and mouth must align.Keep saying it until you see it happen.

6. Get to work: Why are you still reading? Start now!

5 Biggest Negotiation Mistakes

The definition of negotiate is to reach an agreement or compromise through discussions.   Negotiating can be applied to nearly every aspect of our life.  Many times we don’t even know we’re doing it.  Yet there are some very basic principles that if done incorrectly, will yield undesirable results.  Don’t make the mistake of falling into these bad habits.

1.  Being Unprepared.  If you are going into a scheduled negotiation, you have to be prepared.  Otherwise you will fluster easily, can lose sight of your goal and become easily duped.   Take the time to write down what you want, why you want it and what you are willing to compromise.  And practice saying it out loud.  Even if it’s to your cat.  You’ll be much more comfortable on the day of.

2.  All or Nothing.  Having the attitude of ‘it’s my way or the highway’ will yield bad results.  Put yourself into the other person’s shoes.  You are both there to reach an agreement that is acceptable to you both.  A Win-Win. And sometimes that means compromise.  You should have it written down what you are willing to compromise.

3. Ultimatums.  Trying to tell the other person there’s only 2 options is a guaranteed road to failure.  There is always a 3rd option and that’s hitting the road, leaving nothing accomplished.  Have many options in your head, starting with the most desirable.  And listen to the other person.  Don’t shoot down the negotiations before they’ve really started.

4. Focusing on ‘What’ Instead of ‘Why’.  If all you see is the big fat salary raise your employee is asking for, you’ll be missing important information.  Ask questions.  Find out why they want it.  Maybe they are looking to buy a house or are expanding their family.  Or they’ve been at the company awhile and feel they deserve it.  Listening more will give you a leg up because you’ll have detailed information to discuss.

5. Losing Your Cool.  It can be hard to keep emotions out of the equation when you’re negotiating things like the sale of your home or a salary raise.  You feel passionate about it.  But nothing will lose you the upper hand in negotiating like visibly getting upset (especially if the other person is a skilled negotiator).  Try and think of the discussions as a business transaction and not a personal one.  Keep your head above the conversation.  If something angers you, stop and ask yourself why.  And give yourself a reminder to stay calm.  It will benefit you tremendously.

Of course, like with everything, practice makes perfect.  Even if it’s negotiating with your spouse over what movie to watch, you can quickly become very skilled at it.  And it can even be fun.

Negotiation VS Emotion

Understanding and Effectively Using Emotions in Negotiation:

1. Balance. Successful negotiators are calm but alert. Patient and proactive. Creative, yet firmly grounded. Maintaining those feelings and attitudes in proper proportion is just as important as mastering the substance of the negotiation.

2. Attunement. Getting in synch with counterparts is essential. If they are defensive and hostile, everyone is dragged down.

3. Influence. Emotions are contagious. When we bring anxiety to the bargaining table, others sense it. Conveying optimism is in our interest.

4. Resilience. Self-awareness is key: We need to know our own hot buttons and how to recover when others push them.

5. Satisfaction. Knowing what we want to feel at the end of negotiation helps us to get there.

The Judge of all?

Wisdom is important for living.
Strategic planing and positioning is important to an extra-ordinary life.
Understanding is the establishment of profound idea.
Knowledge puffs up.

Never imagine yourself as superior to another human.
Judgement is not in within the jurisdiction of human over human.

Judge no mans servant, to his master he stands or fall.
Advice people, don't manipulate them.

Leaders should always ask: "If they(your followers) have more resources, will they choose you to lead them?"
"I'm I allowing the gifts within each person flow, or I'm I using them for my un-expressed self interest?"

When close associates can't tell you when you are wrong as their leader, its not the best.

Mentorship is by the willing submission of another and the protege is the first to propose or declare mentorship.

Never use your vantage position to run people down, getting back on his feet, he is coming for you; vengeance is theirs at that point.

Never assume you are correct.
Native sense is not always updated, or is it a yardstick to all issue.
Be flexible. Blessed are the flexible, shall not bend beyond normal.

Like I always say, balance is not always at the mid-point.

Judge no man, but encourage,advice, counsel and support willing persons

Your ability to provide value determines how much attract the currency called money.

Swiftness and a eye that recognises opportunity is important to creating value. Don't dull.

Until you are strong enough to defend yourself financially, whatever anyone says is right. Make sure you gather all the strength before you try jumping out.

While you wait, learn the ropes, do some test run, confirm the consistency of efficiency at delivery then lunch out BIG!

Maturity is the ability to over look other people weakness in the light of your.

Maturity is the ability to swallow your pride, and never mind if your win or loose.

Dreamers are strong and powerful in their approach to life.

Purposefulness of action and dedication to projects and relationship is important to the fulfillment of all intension.

When the spirit, soul and body of a man are in agreement with the intension of his heart, even with the hardness of the environment and oppositions, the passionate mind will always find a place of refuge and flourishing.

Kindly don't mind the oppositions, only a dead fish swims with the flow of the water. Keep your head up and keep swimming.

For greatness to truly be evident, the child like believe and full persuasion of individual is a pivot point.

Believe

Men can be weak sometimes, weakness not a demonstration of perpetual inability to perform or bring forth fruit, but it may come as a down time and a sure lifting is sure if the principle of flight is kept.

Life mastery is important to an unending success. Never allow anyone or thing stop you from believing. Being a strong believer of your expectant future couple with strategic pursuit is the beginning of success.

Take time to know and do what is right. The pursuit of rightness in purpose is the bedrock for extra-ordinary life. There is no use speeding in the wrong direction.

Remember never to think you have an inability to achieve your desired goal. Always think you can. Do things like you can. Because you can!

How to attract what you want Part 2

Desire is a great tool to generate the next phase of life. A burning desire is stirred by a deep meditation and assimilation of the substance of our expectation.

Let's talk about the next level.
Full persuasion, this is a deeper level of attraction, when a man has a full persuasion about a certain happening he attracts the subject matter effortlessly.

At this level or mindset your status do not matter, for instance for a desire of the fruit of the womb, at a level of full persuasion doctors report don't make sense, you know like you know your name, that there is nothing that can hinder your conception and delivery of the expected end.

Once in my personal experience I use to think the marks(as a result of a home accident) on my face could limit me from attracting the best in relationship, I use to think facial hair can help me shield my inadequacy and make me attractive. Soon I discovered it was not so.

After a full persuasion about my attractiveness beyond my limitation, I actually forgot about the marks, someone of high reputation ask me if the ladies don't see the marks (because I now attract the best), my answer was, “which one?". I have actually forgotten about the marks myself; with no facial hair I exhume so much power, creativity and attractiveness.

Its a sub conscious state generate by an experience of victory. Win your battles internally; take those victories as bedrock for attracting the higher ground. Imagine if you have been give both US and UK visa prior to you approaching another country you are fully persuaded that you will not be denied.

Why? By your experience you know you will have it.

The moment you confess or desire something great and there are no experience in your life that can support it, it may just be a wish.

Example is the experience of the biblical David in the face of Goliath, he came up with his victory over the lion and the bear and he said this will end up in the same way.

Your experience may not be in equal glamour with what you face presently, you should assume a mindset that says true success are equal and can be reproduced.

I'm fully persuaded of a great future if dare to take a step today.

How to attract what you want. Part 1

The creator positioned man as the creature of attraction. 

Everything in the material universe craves for an association with man, therefore the understanding of the principles and the operation of the dynamics of the earth will determine how much of the possession of the earth we attract and retain. Our lives can be more fruitful as we learn and practice the law of attraction.

The heart and mouth of man is a vital tool of attraction.

To attract your goal, the first principle is DESIRE: a deep and passionate thought of the subject matter day in day out, until the image is form in your heart. 

The imprinting out the image on the canvass of your soul it the huge work.

Pictures are powerful. Picture in your heart or soul reproduces itself in the exert likeness.

Every thought or picture that stays long enough on your mind, will attract its matter equivalent.

Surround yourself with right pictures; your heart will reproduce them in no time.

Solitude is the nurse of greatness. Get to your solitude place, with a deep thought of your goals, when the light shines on an idea, that should be your next pursuit, life has been infused into that idea.

You don’t want to toll all your days. Stay with that inward light. Obey your heart, follow your dream.
