Over the years working with the different organisations and individuals, I have realised the importance of well guided life. One is too small to achieve greatness.

With the passion to encourage young, ordinary people to attain greatness,leaning on the experiences and resources over the years; the "HOW TO BECOME..." a life and business coaching program will hold each participant by the hand to becoming their desired aspirations.

The program will employ the following platforms: online learning, boot camp sessions and conferences. The rich network of faculties within my sphere of influence will be harnessed to train, mentor and coach each participant for free.

Working with Fragrance intiative to support participants with financial coaching and funding options for their desired businesses, creating a critical economic mass within our society.

About Me

With vast human resource and strategic management experience from various indigenous and multinational organizations over the last decade, Ayodolapo serves as the Director of Strategy and Operations with Education Hub Africa.

His primary assignment is to develop strategies for the general operations of the organization, oversee the operations of the organisation, as well as develop corporate relationship and establishing business channels internationally.

He is a leader, educationist, competent facilitator & trainer providing business negotiation, strategic leadership and capacity building training to a client base drawn from the religious, public, private & non-profit sectors. With his passion for service delivery and value generation, he has emerged a 21st century model gentleman with a competitive edge in negotiation, business development and strategic management.

Facilitating Negotiation and Relationship building skills is a core for Ayodolapo, he is a thought leader at how professionals can build a work-family life balance using negotiation skills.
He is an independent thinker and thought leader, his drive for maximum life improvement led him to passionately establish trail blazing organisations and platforms.
