Depth is the secret to long lasting influence. To create anything fundamental on the face of the earth a depth of interaction with the basics of the endeavour is important.
Just about anyone can establish a business, just about anyone can make money, but to establish a world class brand is a product of deep interaction with the substance of the business or such endeavour.
Having a masters degree in electronic is not a licence to set up an electronic company, attending a business school is not enough to set up a business, for all these and many more to make real impact there must have existed in the foundation an interaction with the ingredient of that produce such.
They necessarily do not have to mean a training or competence in an aspect of life, but an establishment only flourish on the wings of a revelation or instruction written on the passionate heart of men, having life in it to reproduce itself.
Every man is limited without a revelation or an insight of what make things work.
How do I generate the fabric for the interaction necessary?
1. Visit your dream:
Do you have a picture or physical representation of your desire?
If yes, place such at your glance always. Every picture that stays long enough on your mind will attract its material equivalent.
Go to that location. Take the picture of the location. Keep it at your disposal.
When the light of it shines in your heart, you already own it, it’s a matter of time it will be in your hand.
2. Vocalise: give voice to your meditation.
Give flesh to your thoughts and desires by speaking out.
Talk to yourself about what you desire in your secret, vocalise your expectation. Speak out that there is a solution, and that is coming to you speedily in pictures and various instructions.
When you do this, the forces of life will generate the fabric to reproduce your desire.
3. Listen up
Listen to intelligent minds, who have made extra-ordinary feat in your chosen field. Keep their testimonies in your heart. Testimonies or biographies of such great men have a way of reproducing itself. Connect to the contagious highly spirited men with result around you by listening to them speak.

Incubate
The incubating process is strategic to creating anything radical on planet earth. Don’t run to the street at the glimpse of every idea.
Take quality time to seat on it, brooding, meditating until a light shines in your heart as a seal of ownership.
Ideas are broadcasted at the strike of inspiration and many active minds receive it, but what makes the difference in the birthing and dimension of the result is the quality of mind involve.
Your mind can be upgraded by radical process incubation of all ideas dropped in your heart at the strike of inspiration.
How can you engage the incubating tool of your mind?
1. Ask the question:"how can it be done faster, cheaper, better?".
2. Use only world class model in modelling for creativity.
3. Transpose: ask the question "can it be done any other way round?"
4. Never run away from the tough time or hard models to crack.
Challenges are the initiator of the un-usual.
5. Think like a professional.
Assume a state of professionalism, think systems, think organisational, and think “how this affect or influence other aspect of the business or dealings”. Protect the bottom line.
Never tell everyone all that you are thinking yet! Incubate!

Stay in track
Stay in track.
Life is very busy, it can also distract you.
If you pay so much attention to the distractions of life you may never succeed. Distractions are real. They may look legitimate, but have no connection to life and destiny.
This I have resolved: never worry about how, what, which, when or who? If it doesn’t distract you from life and destiny, just stay in track. If you have seen the big picture, small things will never worry you. Take a step further into the future, step out of this zone, and then you will be willing to live without worries.
Stay in track with what you have been assigned to do.
Life and time will tell who stays in track.
Not your friends or lovers.
It may be painful or tasking. If it feels bad or good always ask yourself the big question; am I in track with life and destiny?

FOR WHAT!
Endowed with so much of wisdom and the abilities to be creative yet living in a state of poverty, obscurity and lack. For What!
Haven pass through the university with great hopes and bright future, yet no one can tell if such personality could trace zero on a workbook with the aid of a round bottom flask. For What!
Knowing the right things, yet withholding from it. For What!
Living a self limiting life, while opportunities abound within our reach. When visited by foreigners, they claim we are under utilizing the resources, yet we cannot see it. For What!
Our leaders are voted into power, but use the same power to afflict the people who gave them the privilege of leadership. For What!
Joblessness is seen everywhere, families beg for daily meal, executive mode of begging are designed daily all in the attempt to survive. Are just meant to survive or leave in abundance? The later is true, but seem unachievable. For what!
Prostitution should never become the way to leave the good life. Making money should not be that cruel. For What!
People leave in the wonderful houses, why should I leave in a wreck apartment? For What!
Maximizing our destiny and resource is important to breaking out of limitation. We must get to work. NOW!

I LOVE PELE!
"It seems that God brought me to Earth with a mission to play soccer," Edson Arantes Do Nascimento (Pelé).
Written by Ozzie Gonzalez, www.latinosportslegends.com
Born Edson Arantes Do Nascimento (better known as Pelé) is known as a legend and the best soccer player to ever play the game. He was raised in a very poor family in Tres Coracos, Brazil and his parents, Dondinho and Celeste Nascimento called Edson "Dico," growing up.
He first learned the game of soccer from his father, Dondinho, who was a decent center forward until his career was halted by a fractured leg.
Pelé began playing soccer for a local minor-league club when he was a teenager. When he wasn't playing soccer he shined shoes for pennies. He was discovered at the age of 11 by one of the country's premier players, Waldemar de Brito. When Brito brought Pelé to Sao Paulo he declared to the disbelieving directors of the professional team in Santos, "This boy will be the greatest soccer player in the world."
He was right! Pelé's impact was immediate! On his first appearance for the team, against Corinthians F.C., he scored a goal right away. He was only 16.
Pelé went on to play in four World Cups with Brazil's National Team. At the 1958 World Cup in Sweden -- one he nearly missed because of a knee injury -- Pelé stunned the world scoring six goals, including two in the championship game to help Brazil win its first World Cup 5-2 over Sweden. He was only 17 years-old, but a legend was born.
An average-sized man, he was blessed with speed, great balance, tremendous vision, the ability to control the ball superbly, and the ability to shoot powerfully and accurately with either foot and with his head.
Four years later he played on Brazil's World Cup team at in the finals in Chile, but an injury suffered in the first game of the tournament prevented him from helping Brazil win its second title.
Wealthy European clubs offered massive fees to sign the young player, but the government of Brazil declared Pelé an official national treasure to prevent him from being transferred out of the country.
At the 1966 World Cup in England, Pelé was the victim of some brutal tackles from Bulgarian and Portuguese defenders and left the finals injured and in tears. But the best of Pelé was still to come.
At the 1970 finals in Mexico, the 29-year-old Pelé, led one of the greatest teams ever assembled to win Brazil's third World Cup. In the 4-1 title triumph over Italy, Pelé, scored a glorious goal. It was Brazil's 100th World Cup goal, and the one he remembers the most.
"I have a special feeling for that goal because I scored it with my head," he said. "My father was a soccer player and once scored five goals in a game, all with his head. That was one record I was never able to break."
Pelé's statistics are staggering. During his career he scored 1,280 goals in 1,360 games, second only to another Brazilian, Arthur Friedenreich, who recorded 1,329 goals. He scored an average of a goal in every international game he played--the equivalent of a baseball player's hitting a home run in every World Series game over 15 years.
At the club level he shattered records in Brazil. He scored 127 goals for Santos F.C. in 1959, 110 in 1961 and 101 goals in 1965, and led the club to two World Club championships.
Pelé also holds the world record for hat tricks (92) and the number of goals scored on the international level (97). His statistics are all the more amazing when compared to today's top players who can barely score more that 30 goals in a season.
He retired from the game in 1974, but came out of retirement the following year to play in the North American Soccer League for the New York Cosmos for just over two seasons. A reported 7-million-dollar contract for three years made him the highest paid soccer player of the North American Soccer League.
His appearance in the NASL gave the American League instant credibility and made millions of Americans aware of the sport, he dubbed the "beautiful game." He said he came out of retirement, not for the money, but to "make soccer truly popular in the United States."
During his career he played in 93 full internationals for Brazil and in all first class matches scored a remarkable 1,280 goals, second only to Artur Friedenreich, another Brazilian, who holds the world record with 1,329.
In many ways, Pelé was the complete athlete. With his skill and agility, he could have played in any position on the field, but he chose on wearing the number-10 shirt as an inside-left forward. He had great balance, which enabled him to dribble effortlessly around defenders, and his heading ability was remarkable.
On Oct. 1, 1977, Pelé's mission in the NASL ended. His last match, an exhibition game between the Cosmos and Santos, was sold out six weeks beforehand, covered by 650 journalists and broadcast in 38 nations.
Muhammad Ali embraced him in the locker room before the match and said, "Now there are two of the greatest." In a speech to dignitaries, celebrities and more than 75,000 fans, Pelé urged his audience to pay attention to the children of the world. At his request, the assemblage shouted, "Love! Love! Love!"
Then he went out and played the first half for the Cosmos -- scoring a goal on a rocket from 30 yards out -- and the second half for Santos.
On Pelé's retirement, J.B. Pinheiro, Brazil's ambassador to the U.N., said Pelé had "spent 22 years playing soccer, and in that time he has done more for goodwill and friendship than all of the ambassadors ever appointed."
In addition to his great accomplishments in soccer, he published several best-selling autobiographies, starred in several documentary and semi-documentary films, and composed numerous musical pieces, including the entire sound track for the film 'Pelé' (1977). He was the 1978 recipient of the International Peace Award, and in 1980 he was named athlete of the century.
In 1993, Pelé was inducted into the National Soccer Hall of Fame and is the former ambassador of sports in Brazil. He has also done extensive work for children's causes through UNICEF.
In 2000, Pelé was named second for the "Sportsman of the Century" award. The legendary Muhammad Ali got the honors.

OPTIONS
Options.
Life presents us with options only if we can recognise them.
The ability to locate the viable option to every hard route is the key ingredient of a "turn-around" leader.
The life-line of a team rest solely on how accurately the leadership can response and fix challenges.
First outlook to challenges of leadership is to know that they are common to men. Also, know that there are viable options if you will be patient enough to locate them.
That calm mode must be reached by every leader in any crisis before a solution is attained. Answers are never in the troubled waters.
Set out before the rain.
Start thinking options now.
Let there be a plan b for everything, only in Gods’ hands can you leave things to bear.
Never run away from your battles.
Fight them they make you stronger.
Be calm, there are viable options.

LEARNING TO BE INVISIBLE
Growing up with the picture of a powerful and influential man sometimes been painted as a SUPERMAN (the super hero), I develop the tendency to wanting to disappear and reappear or sometimes be able to shoot gun and win battles, may be that was from the cartoons and late night movies.
As a young man I soon discover that the most powerful of all only stay behind the scene, controlling the activities and making things happen. This seems to make them INVISIBLE.
Many have picked up wrong doctrines from such representation, thereby be coming wicked and crafty.
How I love to be famous and influential! If that is your quest I do know in road, although am learning the process too. In my pursuit in life I have discover certain truth that may grant the Midas touch.
1. Be Single eye.
This principle those not relate to our physical human eye, but rather our intension.
Purity of purpose and intention per time is key to long lasting abundance. Anyone who deals with double mind may gather a few, but everything will soon disappear in his eyes.
To mature minds such attitude smells and can be perceived as disloyal, which may cost a fortune. If you reward evil for good, the sword may not depart your door. Make all things appear blameless (and truly blameless) before all.
To the pure all things are pure.
2. Practice transmutation.
Learning this in the university was a rewarding experience. Transmutation is the conscious shift of mental worries to active and productive venture.
When it seems that you are wounded or fall short of expectations, shift that hurt psychologically to a profitable event, getting to intensify your effort to follow through to success.
Leading a faith-based organisation on campus came with so much fame and responsibility for me, but at every time I tried to establish a relationship with a female friend and it turned to fall short of expectation, that is, a positive response, though feeling wounded I get back to my leadership position pouring that hurt out as quality time of investment on my work yielding better results and adding more crown to my name I more or less became invisible.
That is called SEX TRANSMUTATION.
3. Be dynamic, spontaneous and focus
To be successful you must be able to multi-task. However, being able to focus on each task to follow through to success is a great virtue.
Focus is the greatest skill of a sniper, dynamic and spontaneous response is the skill to keep him alive to win battles.
Your response as a leader in time of crisis determine whether your team float, sink or swim.
Never leave life to chance, you may never have an opportunity to replay.

Tips for living happily with your spouse
Living happily with your spouse does not happen by chance but takes several deliberate and carefully calculated steps
You have to be deliberate about being happy.
Happiness is not just a function of the buoyancy of your pocket but it’s a state of the mind. Happiness is available to the rich and the poor.
Here is a collection of tips that would help you achieve living happily with your spouse. If we can stay up all night to study and pass school exams, then these tips shouldn’t be too long for us to print and possibly recite over and over again until they become part of us.
The quality of your preparation determines the quality of your performance so start now especially if you are not married yet.
1. Never assume.
2. Compliment more than you criticize.
3. For each time you vent about your husband/wife/partner to your friends, tell three positive stories.
4. Remember that it is ok to do things differently (e.g. there is more than one way to peel a potato or fold the laundry).
5. Always make time for the two of you.
6. Marry someone that you enjoy listening and talking to.
7. Remember that marriage is sometimes a bed of roses and sometimes there are thorns.
8. Remember that the best gift that you can give your children is to love their mother/father.
9. Be fair! Split the housework, spending money, etc evenly. This way you are never resentful of your partners contributions (or lack of) or expenditures.
10. Never go to bed angry. (Unless it's 3a.m. and you're exhausted, angry, and not thinking straight.)
11. Remember that people do fight. It's how you do it that matters.
12. Before starting an argument, consider if it's really worth it.
13. Fight naked. ;)
14. Agree to disagree.
15. Never, ever mention the "D" word (divorce).
16. Do you want to be right or do you want to be married?
17. Respect each other's privacy.
18. Remember that "love is like childhood. You need to learn to share."
19. Marriage is not 50/50, it's two people giving 100/100 all of the time.
20. Surprise each other now and then.
21. The secret to a happy marriage is two TV's!
22. Have date night!
23. Never pass up an opportunity to say "I love you".
24. Hold hands.
25. Hug & kiss every day (several times a day actually!).
26. Always believe that you got better than you deserved.
27. Be quick to say "I'm sorry".
28. Choose the one you love, then love the one you choose.
29. Keep the in-laws out of your marriage!
30. Love isn't always a feeling, it's a decision.
31. Hang in there. It's worth it.
32. Play nice, play often, love much.
33. Never air your dirty laundry as a couple in public.
34. Never keep secrets from each other.
35. Be each other's champion. No matter what, take your husband or wife's/partner’s side first!
36. Communication is the key!
37. Always respect each other.
38. Never underestimate the power of a good belly-laugh and don't be afraid to laugh at yourself.
39. It's the little things that matter most.
40. Never use the words 'Always' and 'Never' in a fight.
41. It's ok to argue, but never use curse words to express your anger.
42. Never compare your marriage to others. What you see on the outside is not always what it is on the inside.
43. Don't make love in the same place/position every time. Variety is the spice of life!
My passion: Seeing relationships work not just by chance; but by taking calculated, ordered and cautious steps through God’s wisdom

THIS RANCH
The best of things that ever happen to mankind was not some kind of financial breakthrough or becoming famous.
We will soon discovery in life that the best of things are not found in the palace of the world most influential King or Queen. Rather is the best connection in that of the President of the world power.
How then can man find fulfilment? How then can little be multiplied?
Man can keep searching without end.
The answer to the best things of life is locating your RANCH.
Your place of purpose.
Where work is without stress.
Where you function by default.
It should never be complicated. Make it simple. Simplify leaving is key to locating your ranch. Life was never created to be complicated or synthetic. Be free.
That was why God gave simple rules to man and placed in Eden to nurture and watch life grow.
Learn to identify your ranch and watch it grow.
It does not have to be all ready-made or a palace of roses.
In this ranch we learn to build and stay with it. Stay with your assignment, run your race the journey is far.
Welcome to THIS RANCH, where excuses stop.

NEVER GIVE YOUR POWER AWAY
Never give your power away.
Delegation has cost us the strength of our being. Team work has broken the backbone of celebrities in their foetus stage of development. Not to talk of technology, this left many behind, without an ability to provide livelihood for their family.
I do believe in doing things as a team, but whenever you are privilege to lead a team or in leading your home and life into destiny, kindly learn to own the password to the vital areas to whatever it takes to succeed.
Learning this the hard way was not the best. Not to worry I learnt it very fast. As an undergraduate I organised various seminars teaching personal development strategies, self mastery, social ethics and protocol. I just knew what to say and how to get the wao moment from my audience, but never master the perfect use of Microsoft power point. I delegated it to friends who never knew the urgency of the work just a night before the major event.
The university conference hall was already set, posters and handbills with my pictures where all around campus, participants where already paying for the seminars. Here I am without a complete power point slides for my presentation. The content was very rich and voluminous; it was an intensive training of three days and minimum of six hours daily. I could not do it myself, I wrote the content on a note book for friends to help type, cut to the content on power point slide and put to appropriate design for use.
Working for about seven hours friends left me to my business of fame and knowledge without skill. With further complication from my laptop developing a screen problem I felt alone.
All thanks, there was a prompting within me never to be afraid, I got dress, getting to the conference centre three hours early in company of another friend who came with his laptop and printer to help. While speaking he was designing the next set of slides for presentation.
Never give your power away. Whatever makes your business work, be the master at it.
In IT business you may not be able to learn the programming languages or the necessary coding, but learn the process that lead to the programming and if you are given the codes can you input it appropriately? If that is not the core of your business do not mind.
In a church the power point is not in the choir or technical personnel, not to talk of sanctuary keepers or traffic and security department, although they are important, but the ability to design a system that unity the different skills and faces is the core of Church, this comes with the most essential ingredient, Spiritual connectivity- the power of God and the ministration of the word. This should not be delegated to the prayer department, neither to a bible study group.
As a mother or wife taking care of your children and honouring your husband is the core of that aspect of your life. It should not be delegated to a house maid or some care givers. To fathers or husbands providing and loving your wife and children is what you do, be a master at that too.
If everyone learns to be proficient at work the world will be a better place.
Never give your power away.

MIRACLES HAPPEN
Miracles happen every day if only we can recognise it.
Everyday around us there are opportunities presenting themselves as problems. Our ability to solve the problem leads to overwhelming abundance.
I have learnt over the years that the level of opportunity that you will ever experience is determined by your solution providing ability and response.
I have missed golden opportunities just because my response time was too slow to get the job done.
Since then I have decided to run ahead of opportunities. Miracles still happen daily.
Running ahead of opportunities is scheduling for success.
What are the opportunities that you missed in time past?
Start preparing for them like you have not lost that deal.
Design the frame work before the job comes. One thing am very sure of is that opportunities that you missed today are still running in cycles someday, soon, the same will appear to you, may be in a bigger fashion.
You have to prepare today.
Miracles happen daily.

LEADING CHANGE
"Overhauling the way a company does business calls for new skills and new relationships throughout the company's entire ecosystem-fundamentally new ways of looking at every process and every concept. Without generous portions of the right kind of leadership, workers will react to this avalanche of change as normal human being-heading backward toward the "safety" of the way things were. You, the leader, might be a bit chary of change yourself, because change will rearrange the elements that brought you to your current eminence."
My thought is deep. How do we effectively lead change, while we live in this cloth of flesh. Know that the human nature always want to stay within a comfort zone. The constant ingredient for change in leadership is VISION.
While in deep meditation few line came to mind, through my experience and haven’t lead success of organisation to change i can relate with these, enjoy as you read.
1. Cultivate people management skill.
People are important to vision, dreams and ideas. Humans are the life-blood of systems. A work force not well guide will destroy the world class system and concept.
Remember, leaders touch a heart before they ask for a hand.
2. Inspection.
Conduct constant inspect of the processing line each minute. Keep watch on the job. People dont do what expect, they only do what you inspect.
3. Never give power your away.
I learnt this the hard way, while I organise seminars without adequate knowledge of the power point design.
You should not be a novice in whatever is the core of your assignment or work. Walk the length and breadth of the change you aspire to lead.
It’s a disaster to have a novice as a leader.
4. Train them.
Staff development is important to organisational growth. If you don’t train them don’t blame them. Develop the intelligence of your staff in the line of change your organisation desire.
5. Keep at it.
Big shoots are little shoots that kept shooting. Whatever challenge encountered on the journey to change, count it all a part of the process. Keep refining your process to achieve the goal. Our lives will only get better if we don’t give on ourselves. Keep walking.
6. Relax.
Relax. Relax. Relax. Renew your strength by taking some time out to rest, have some time with your family, staff and / or friends. Life goes round when we share the joy of life with whom we do productive work together. Imagine a world without play. Where everything you do have to be serious. Relax.
Thanks

CHANGE LEVELS
Life only reaches its peak when you stop.
The peak of life in itself is determined by your ability to keep walking.
The road may not be smooth, life those not promise to be all roses, never expect to drive the road of life without bumps.
However, like the gear system in a motor car, to climb a higher height you most change gear. You need a "high push" from deep within your being to excel in the journey of life.
There no iron clad rule on how to journey in life, but there are constant gears to change level in life.
1. Joyfulness: the joyful ones rule the rest. Be happy.
2. Incubate: Keep ideas within you until they are fully developed.
3. Innovate: Be strategic at life. Be dynamic. Use technology to enhance whatever you do. Go beyond borders.
4. Associate: Be free to love and be loved.
WHATEVER LIFE BRINGS TO YOU KEEP WALKING, YOU WILL WIN.

LEARN DAILY
Human beings are made to grow. While there is a rejocing at growth, we such critically exam the down turn of growth.
Many persons who never take note of this dynamics of life cycle have the hands burnt in disgrace. No organisation wants to keep a none productive staff, though growing in age but experiencing a rapid down turn in mental alertness and strategic positioning.
Its natural for the human mental and physical make up to decay if there is no life in them. We can give life to our mortal body by learning daily and maximize the increase of age.
Age speaks wisdom when there is a constant mental growth. Read a book today. Attend that training. Practise the things you have learnt.
When you stop learning , you start dying.

LIFE
Life is good with friends and family.
When you are surrounded by people who share your views and opinions you feel so much at home. At any point when there is a disagreement not throw the baby away with the dirty water.Everyone will not always agree with you at all times. Learn to master relationships. Be calm.
Life is good with mentors.
God gave us mentor so that there can be control. There can be a mentor in a friend or collegue. Never ignore correction.
Correction is bitter, but change you must embrace.
Its bitter but the fruit is sweet.
Life is good with Jesus.
Everyone needs a covering, never live the next minute without Jesus Christ as the Lord of your life.
Life is good.

BLOSSOM: SPEAKING
Its no more news that our words create our world.
I heard of a true life story about an Israeli farmer, a man consistently notice that when he is about planting he holds the seeds in his hand and speak to the seeds (this is a very successful farmer). He approached him out of curiosity, saying what do you speaking to the seeds?
The farmer answered saying: “everything that has life in itself, for it to blossom, it needs some form of encouragement in words”.
Whatever you do today speak to your tomorrow, it will blossom. For every word spoken will attract the equivalent to you.
Speak to everything and anything that has life around you, it will blossom. If no one encourages you, kindly do the world a favour encourage yourself.
Speak to your Church. Speak to your relationship. Speak to your yet unborn children. They will blossom.
I also remember that every seed carries a genetic code, they reproduce after. Your life is a seed speak to it, it will blossom.
Anyone can practically create or recreate his / her world if he / she can dare to give some encouragement in words to his / her life.
Lock yourself up and keep speaking to your future. If you can consistently speak the right words for the next thirty days to a particular accept of your life it will blossom practically while you watch.
Always remember that everything that has life in itself, for it to blossom, needs some form of encouragement in words.
The world is young speak the best, see the best.

THE COUNSEL
I received a counsel a few weeks back, feel i should share with you, its not absolute but i believe it will bless you. Enjoy learning.
1. Marry right.
2. Both of you should be willing to work on your marriage.
3. Be willing to expose yourself, only to each other.
4. Never allow external influence, first resolve the issues with yourself. Let it be within both of you, if you allow external influence your spouse loose respect with the people. The people may support you but will never respect your spouse; thereby you will soon loose respect too.
5. The way you carry your spouse is the way people will respond to them. Preferable call your spouse “Nike” / pet name.
6. All give to your spouse what they will ordinarily not get outside. Like kneel down for the man. May be say thank you after sex.
7. Never allow ungodly counsel in your relationship. Watch it with face book friends. Know all friends of influence on your spouse, if they are not right agree to cut off from them.
