The Icon is gone: Steve Jobs of Apple in history

"Apple has lost a visionary and creative genius and the world has lost an amazing human being," Apple said. "Steve's brilliance, passion and energy were the source of countless innovations that enrich and improve all of our lives."
What a great loses to technology as Steve Jobs bow to the battle against pancreatic cancer. To fans of Apple from America to Australia gather to pay tribute to a man who transformed the phone, music and computing industry.
What a short and eventful life. The world will not forget Jobs in a hurry.
Apple co-founder and former chief executive Steve Jobs has died at the age of 56.
 The pioneering businessman, who was the mind behind the revolutionary iPhone and iPad devices, had been battling pancreatic cancer.
He stepped down from his post as Apple's chief executive in August saying he could no longer handle the job due to his illness.
Mr Jobs, who lived in Silicone Valley, California, died on Wednesday surrounded by his family. Apple said it was "deeply saddened" by the news.
A company spokesman said: "Steve's brilliance, passion and energy were the source of countless innovations that enrich and improve all of our lives. The world is immeasurably better because of Steve.
"His greatest love was for his wife, Laurene, and his family. Our hearts go out to them and to all who were touched by his extraordinary gifts."
A statement released by his family added: "In his public life, Steve was known as a visionary; in his private life, he cherished his family. We are thankful to the many people who have shared their wishes and prayers during the last year of Steve's illness."
The father-of-four started Apple Computer with high school friend Steve Wozniak in his garage in 1976 but was forced out a decade later. He returned in the mid-1990s and transformed Apple into one of the world's most powerful companies.
Just two months ago the frail-looking businessman resigned as the company's CEO due to his health, but said he would continue to play a leadership role. He was replaced by Apple's chief operating officer, Tim Cook, and took the role of chairman of the company's board.
Mr Jobs, described by many as an industry oracle who revolutionised computing, survived pancreatic cancer in 2004 before receiving a liver transplant in 2009. He had taken three spells of leave over the past several years, with the most recent spell in January.
Steve Jobs works and words live with us forever, reading through some of his speeches and quotes I could tell he was a man deep and truly great. Greatness is from the heart, communicated in words, demonstrated in deeds. A tireless worker and visionary, you have stamp your stamped your feet on the sound of time and heart of men forever.

My secret love for President Barack Obama


As a black skin young man I could not imagine how much dignity was brought to my race when one man took the courage of stepping into the waters where only the mighty could swim, full of sharks and dared the impossible.
 He through the boldness of his soul took the high and mighty in contest, many thought he will only make a few noise here and there, then he will just be history, but he seems to have seen the future through the eye of the great Martin Luther king jnr who prophesy the today that we live in. Martin Luther in a speech said he has seen the future, just as dramatic as it seems the world and America today, have a black man sitting and governing from the white house.
I only saw a movie of a black man on the race for the president of the world power-united state of America. Little did I know that some day it will soon become the experience of our days? A black man of Kenyan origin, born and raised in white family will rule the world power, which made him the most powerful human on earth and commanding the highest honour of all times.
This is a mystery!
I love this man Barack Obama, the 44th president of the united state of America.
I love him for his:
Boldness: The cowards die a million times before their actual death. Boldness has some genius in it.
Wealth of knowledge: knowledge is power; it will differentiate who wins and who loses.
Panache: Barack is in a class of his own. Style is an attracting force; anyone could be pulled by this force.
Gift of the mouth: the mouth is a defence. Carefully crafted and well spoken words are an adornment on the neck of the speaker, priceless, more than the finest of gold.
Hospitality: great leaders touch a heart before they ask for a hand, Barack knows how to make friend out of a total stranger he is meeting for the first time.
Never take defeat seriously: he never gave up fight. He knows how to calm the storm.
Believe: you can tell a man will succeed from his looks, so much believe radiate through him, America could not but trust him. He believed the words of Martin Luther king Jnr. You could tell in his speech, just like mlk!
Strategic: how more strategic a man can be? He took off the terror leader of the 9/11, with no trace before hand, taking the world by surprise.
Discipline: not one cigarette since the white house.lol.

7 laws that will change your life.

1.       Law of Instruction: Says that extra-ordinary results have in its foundation extra-ordinary instructions beyond the intelligence and activity of men.

Get your instruction right, location is important to sowing and reaping.  Harvest is geographical.

 Saturate your immediate environment with your materials or advert.

How to Develop a Winning Attitude

Man's ability over all other creatures on this Earth is the ability to think. All successful people use this talent to improve their lives and control their own destiny.


Only you can take the initial step toward the unleashing of the power within your own mind. The power is awesome and at times can be frightening.

However, man has abilities of the mind that many people cannot or would not believe.
The first step in using your true mental abilities is understanding the seven triggering mechanisms that guarantee success.

1. Passion - All truly successful people have a driving force within them that sets them apart from others. A desire, an energy that gives them the fuel to reach their true potential.


This force is a part of them 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It never subsides. Their total existence is sustained for the fulfilment of their goals.

The passion within this individual to achieve has been so deeply implanted, that their mental power is driven by this force and will not let them do anything other than achieve.

2. Belief - "They can because they think they can"-Virgil. You will only make $100,000 this year if you first believe you can. If you do not believe you can you are telling yourself you want it, but it is truly not obtainable.


The truth of life is that man's limits are self imposed by what the mind is given to believe. If you expand your belief of your own abilities, you will also expand your true realm of accomplishment.

These are values in society, the moral, ethical and fundamental judgements that we, as individuals, deem important. Without a clear system of values for ourselves, it is impossible to believe in something with a passion that has no value to us.

Once we have established our individual value system we are then able to determine how we can achieve success based on our priority of values. What must we five up in one hand to accomplish what we desire on the other.

Without a value system we can never move forward for we may be trading without increasing our potential for success.

5. Energy - Without the physical vitality to take action, nothing would ever come of our system to this point.


The passion could build, our belief of accomplishment could be overwhelming, we could have the best strategy or map to achieve the ultimate value for our own life, but if not for taking the first step, nothing could ever be accomplished.

Great success cannot be separated from physical, spiritual and mental energy that allows us, compels us, to accomplish the most with what we have to work with.

Physical energy comes from the strength of the body itself fuelled by our intake of nourishment. It is therefore important that we fuel our engine with premium fuel (good eating habits), not low grade regular (junk food).

Our spiritual and intellectual energy evolves from our environment and it is therefore important that we assess our own personal environment to maximize the energy that we can obtain.

The ability to be a chameleon is truly the ability to connect with and bond with others.

Adjustment

The secret of great men is the ability to adjust to prevailing forces and then flourish.

Men may not be born great, but men evolve.
Some entrepreneurs, who didn't adjust to the evolution of the age moving from type writer to the computer, such got their fingers burnt in the fire of regret. When men do not shift with ideas they are left behind and lose their glory.

That was the tale of a friend’s father who uses to be a flourishing entrepreneur using the type writer for business and selling wholesales, but he refuse to change with the computer age.

 He had in store large shipment of outdated equipment worth millions that no one desire to purchase or take as a monument. His business did not only sink, he sank with the business and the entire family was left to suffer. He made a ship wreck of himself and his family vision. What a sad story to remember.

Man is not finality, but a possibility, in the womb of patience and perseverance is life is breed. To ignore the power and potency of the principle of adjustment is to be dead while breathing.

Disorder causes pain. When pain is felt it's a proof of disorder something is not in its proper place. If pain must stop we must adjust.

With a little experience about the fundamentals of the camera, I learnt that proper adjustment of the lens must be done to focus on the object; at some point the person in waiting just want the picture done but the expert by experience will insist on focus. When proper adjustment is done then the job is eighty percent done.

Such is our lives, if only we make the adjustments necessary at every change in the click of time, living will be without stress.

Adjustment will require a diligent search, kindly give it the best of your thinking and time, life will pay you in due season.

There are no time wasted in preparation, so also there no time wasted in adjusting, rather it saves time and deliver from the pain and agony of life.

Making the right adjustment may just be mental and not necessarily physical; this is the most important adjustment because everything changes in the direction of the mind.

Our minds are the helm turning the TITANIC ship of our destiny.

Only mad men don't change their mind. That was the strongest quote for adjustment I and a group of friends shared while we were in the college.

 It motivated us never to feel bad changing our minds and adjusting to prevailing instructions. I have learnt by experience that if I didn’t want to lose my mind adjustment is crucial.

Instructions


To be instructed is to be guided. Instructions are the step by step guidance into predetermined future. For an extra-ordinary living man will have to first decide what he wants, then his spirit receive sets of instructions to attain them. The forces of life will take you through the kind of life you desire.

Until your instruction is complete you don’t challenge the norm, you don’t make news without complete instructions. This singular principle distinguishes between a wholesome personality and half baked type.

Servants and apprentices are challenged to be patient, make sure that your instructions are complete. Instructions make winners not size. Battles in life are won by complete instructions. Wondering generality do not make for success, be specific in your instruction.

Instructions come in two ways:

1. The day to day teaching of the master to the apprentice to achieving the daily job.

Everyone must answer this sincere question of life: Whose apprentice are you? Everyone else may be satisfied by your performance, but until your master gives a thumb up, you are not there yet! The master is that person whose opinion matters per time. Masters do change at different season and per different area and assignment of our lives. Timothy had Paul; the disciples had Jesus, The Christ, who is your master?

You must have someone you are accountable to. Someone must be blessing you.

2. The internal guidance system in every man will instruct him on what to do, per time.
This makes season and determines when the cloud of glory is moving from a particular place to the other, from a particular assignment to the other.

An important instruction that must be gotten right is the instruction pertaining to location or place of assignment, your place of abode, your geographical location, this is important because God made places before He made people.

Maize cannot grow on the same soil necessary for the flourishing of rice. The former needs a well drained soil, but the later is in a deep desire for overflowing water content. Locate your soil.

10 Ways to Enchant Your Customers

I love to do business with small businesses -- in-store, online, for myself, for others, for pleasure, for work -- it doesn't matter to me. I love to find great products and services made by entrepreneurs who are trying to change the world. And I love to help small business owners because they aren't flying around in corporate jets and lunching with investment bankers.

That being said, here are 10 ways that small businesses become more successful by enchanting their customers.

1. Put likable, competent and passionate people on the front line. I prefer to interact with employees who smile, know what they're talking about, and love what they sell. However, companies often put the lowest- paid, least-experienced employees behind the counter or at the front desk and hope for the best. This doesn't make sense. Ask yourself this question: Is the first impression of my business a good one? Because if it's a bad one, it may also be the last one.

2. Show me that you trust me. If you don't trust me, I'm not going to trust you. Look at the small businesses that became huge: Zappos tells me that it trusts me because it pays shipping in both directions. Nordstrom takes my word for it if I say merchandise was defective. Amazon lets me return a Kindle book for seven days -- I can read most books in seven days!
If you trust me, I'll trust you, and we can build a relationship.


3. Remove barriers to entry. Make it easy to get started with your product or service. Don't ask people to fill out 10 fields of personal information to open an account. Don't throw up a CAPTCHA system that requires fluency in Sanskrit. Don't require an appointment for a consultation. Instead, create a slippery slope that enables people to start doing business with you quickly.


4. Make it easy to give you money. Once people decide to adopt your product or service, make it easy for them to give you their money, attention or eyeballs. This requires accepting multiple methods of payment, adopting easy-to-use shopping carts, and reasonable shipping and handling charges. If there's anything worse than a company that tries to get my money with a crappy product, it's a company that makes it hard to give it my money for a great one.


5. Go deep in a segment. The Stanley Market in Hong Kong contains dozens of shops, and many of them sell a range of t-shirts, souvenirs, toys, luggage, electronics and cameras. You get the sense that these stores sell anything to make a buck. The only place that I bought something there was Tam's Art Gallery because it sells only "chops" (a stamp or seal made from stone). Since there's only one thing to buy at Tam's, it's easier to believe that this store really understands its business. My advice is that you focus on one thing whether it's selling t-shirts (Threadless), toys (CheekyMonkey), luggage (Edwards Luggage), electronics (Fry's), cameras (Keeble & Shuchat) or yogurt (Miyo Yogurt).


6. Sell something that's DICEE. This acronym defines the five qualities of great products and services: deep, intelligent, complete, empowering, and elegant. A DICEE product or service is a full-featured one (deep) that shows you understand my needs (intelligent), comes with support (complete), makes me better (empowering), and is easy to use (elegant). As you create your offerings, ask yourself if they are deep, intelligent, complete, empowering and elegant.


7. Enable hands-on trial. Assume that your customers are smart and let them decide for themselves instead of bludgeoning them into a sale. Give them the ability to try your product or service with hands-on areas or demo versions. This concept works whether you're buying a car, sampling a dessert, trying a camera, or buying a power tool. Once you've got me to try something, half the battle is over, and if you tell me that I have to buy something to try it, you've lost me.


8. Communicate with salient points. How many people truly understand what a gigabyte of storage means? A much better way to communicate the capability and capacity of your products and services is with salient points. For example, the number of songs a device can store is more illuminating than the number of gigabytes of storage capacity. You may find this harder to believe, but telling me how much weight I'll gain by eating your food would make me eat at your restaurant more often because this salient point shows that you care about my health.


9. Deliver bad news early. Products have problems, deliveries are delayed, and employees get sick. Many businesses try to minimize the effect of bad news, but when the inevitable issue arise, be proactive and tell them about the problem before they discover the hiccup for themselves. And to get on top of your game, let them know how you'll solve the problem at the same time that you're letting them know it exists.


10. Consider all the influencers. There is a difference between the person who pays for something and the person who makes the decision to buy something. Many companies assume it's the same person, but that's not necessarily the case. Key influencers can include a spouse, sibling, colleague, parent, grandparent or child. Who is the true head of a household isn't so clear these days, so appeal to all the influencers. In my case, it's my daughter, by the way.
The single most powerful way to enchant me is a "yes" attitude, and this attitude encompasses all 10 points. It means that you believe that the customer is right and reasonable until proven wrong and unreasonable. Custom order? No problem. Early delivery? No problem. Return for full credit? No problem.
The math might show that if you did this for everyone, you'd go broke, but not everyone will ask for such treatment. In fact, very few will, and those that do will become your greatest evangelists, so they're worth the exception.

DONT TAKE DEFEAT SERIOUSLY

Never take defeat so seriously. Never, not again!

What is a defeat?
A temporary setback indicating that your plan is not complete, try again.
Always see opportunities in the defeat that comes your way, don’t take them seriously.

Life is like the flow of water and the swimming of fish in the ocean. Fishes are to swim against the flow of water, which is challenging so to say, the moment you find a fish swimming in the direction of water, that indicates death.

Don’t be quick to jump out calling for rescue when we find the forces of life pushing at us, rather re-strategies to enjoy the experience. We can tell fishes enjoys the process, it’s become natural for them.

Always find a place to meditate, reflect on your plans. Be guided by the sharpest thought within your soul. Follow that light of insight within you as result of your meditation.
He that has the light takes the lead.

Don’t rush out of a defeat with the feeling of a failure. You didn’t fail, the event did. You are a success. You are not just some kind of experiment or laboratory test. You are the handwork of the only perfect one; you are too loaded to fail.

Interact

Depth is the secret to long lasting influence. To create anything fundamental on the face of the earth a depth of interaction with the basics of the endeavour is important.

Just about anyone can establish a business, just about anyone can make money, but to establish a world class brand is a product of deep interaction with the substance of the business or such endeavour.

Having a masters degree in electronic is not a licence to set up an electronic company, attending a business school is not enough to set up a business, for all these and many more to make real impact there must have existed in the foundation an interaction with the ingredient of that produce such.

They necessarily do not have to mean a training or competence in an aspect of life, but an establishment only flourish on the wings of a revelation or instruction written on the passionate heart of men, having life in it to reproduce itself.

Every man is limited without a revelation or an insight of what make things work.

How do I generate the fabric for the interaction necessary?

1. Visit your dream:
Do you have a picture or physical representation of your desire?
If yes, place such at your glance always. Every picture that stays long enough on your mind will attract its material equivalent.
Go to that location. Take the picture of the location. Keep it at your disposal.
When the light of it shines in your heart, you already own it, it’s a matter of time it will be in your hand.

2. Vocalise: give voice to your meditation.
Give flesh to your thoughts and desires by speaking out.
Talk to yourself about what you desire in your secret, vocalise your expectation. Speak out that there is a solution, and that is coming to you speedily in pictures and various instructions.
When you do this, the forces of life will generate the fabric to reproduce your desire.
3. Listen up
Listen to intelligent minds, who have made extra-ordinary feat in your chosen field. Keep their testimonies in your heart. Testimonies or biographies of such great men have a way of reproducing itself. Connect to the contagious highly spirited men with result around you by listening to them speak.

Take quality time to seat on it, brooding, meditating until a light shines in your heart as a seal of ownership.

How can you engage the incubating tool of your mind?

2. Use only world class model in modelling for creativity.
3. Transpose: ask the question "can it be done any other way round?"
4. Never run away from the tough time or hard models to crack.
Challenges are the initiator of the un-usual.
5. Think like a professional.
Assume a state of professionalism, think systems, think organisational, and think “how this affect or influence other aspect of the business or dealings”. Protect the bottom line.

Stay in track

Stay in track.

Life is very busy, it can also distract you.
If you pay so much attention to the distractions of life you may never succeed. Distractions are real. They may look legitimate, but have no connection to life and destiny.

This I have resolved: never worry about how, what, which, when or who? If it doesn’t distract you from life and destiny, just stay in track. If you have seen the big picture, small things will never worry you. Take a step further into the future, step out of this zone, and then you will be willing to live without worries.

Stay in track with what you have been assigned to do.
Life and time will tell who stays in track.
Not your friends or lovers.
It may be painful or tasking. If it feels bad or good always ask yourself the big question; am I in track with life and destiny?

Joblessness is seen everywhere, families beg for daily meal, executive mode of begging are designed daily all in the attempt to survive. Are just meant to survive or leave in abundance? The later is true, but seem unachievable. For what!

Prostitution should never become the way to leave the good life. Making money should not be that cruel. For What!

People leave in the wonderful houses, why should I leave in a wreck apartment? For What!

Maximizing our destiny and resource is important to breaking out of limitation. We must get to work. NOW!

1. Pele scored a total of 1,283 first-class goals, including 77 for Brazil.

2. He won three World Cups, two World Club Championships and nine Sao Paulo State Championships.

I LOVE PELE!

"It seems that God brought me to Earth with a mission to play soccer," Edson Arantes Do Nascimento (Pelé).

Born Edson Arantes Do Nascimento (better known as Pelé) is known as a legend and the best soccer player to ever play the game. He was raised in a very poor family in Tres Coracos, Brazil and his parents, Dondinho and Celeste Nascimento called Edson "Dico," growing up.

He first learned the game of soccer from his father, Dondinho, who was a decent center forward until his career was halted by a fractured leg.

Pelé began playing soccer for a local minor-league club when he was a teenager. When he wasn't playing soccer he shined shoes for pennies. He was discovered at the age of 11 by one of the country's premier players, Waldemar de Brito. When Brito brought Pelé to Sao Paulo he declared to the disbelieving directors of the professional team in Santos, "This boy will be the greatest soccer player in the world."

He was right! Pelé's impact was immediate! On his first appearance for the team, against Corinthians F.C., he scored a goal right away. He was only 16.

Pelé went on to play in four World Cups with Brazil's National Team. At the 1958 World Cup in Sweden -- one he nearly missed because of a knee injury -- Pelé stunned the world scoring six goals, including two in the championship game to help Brazil win its first World Cup 5-2 over Sweden. He was only 17 years-old, but a legend was born.

An average-sized man, he was blessed with speed, great balance, tremendous vision, the ability to control the ball superbly, and the ability to shoot powerfully and accurately with either foot and with his head.

Four years later he played on Brazil's World Cup team at in the finals in Chile, but an injury suffered in the first game of the tournament prevented him from helping Brazil win its second title.

Wealthy European clubs offered massive fees to sign the young player, but the government of Brazil declared Pelé an official national treasure to prevent him from being transferred out of the country.

At the 1966 World Cup in England, Pelé was the victim of some brutal tackles from Bulgarian and Portuguese defenders and left the finals injured and in tears. But the best of Pelé was still to come.

At the 1970 finals in Mexico, the 29-year-old Pelé, led one of the greatest teams ever assembled to win Brazil's third World Cup. In the 4-1 title triumph over Italy, Pelé, scored a glorious goal. It was Brazil's 100th World Cup goal, and the one he remembers the most.

"I have a special feeling for that goal because I scored it with my head," he said. "My father was a soccer player and once scored five goals in a game, all with his head. That was one record I was never able to break."

Pelé's statistics are staggering. During his career he scored 1,280 goals in 1,360 games, second only to another Brazilian, Arthur Friedenreich, who recorded 1,329 goals. He scored an average of a goal in every international game he played--the equivalent of a baseball player's hitting a home run in every World Series game over 15 years.

At the club level he shattered records in Brazil. He scored 127 goals for Santos F.C. in 1959, 110 in 1961 and 101 goals in 1965, and led the club to two World Club championships.

Pelé also holds the world record for hat tricks (92) and the number of goals scored on the international level (97). His statistics are all the more amazing when compared to today's top players who can barely score more that 30 goals in a season.

He retired from the game in 1974, but came out of retirement the following year to play in the North American Soccer League for the New York Cosmos for just over two seasons. A reported 7-million-dollar contract for three years made him the highest paid soccer player of the North American Soccer League.

His appearance in the NASL gave the American League instant credibility and made millions of Americans aware of the sport, he dubbed the "beautiful game." He said he came out of retirement, not for the money, but to "make soccer truly popular in the United States."

During his career he played in 93 full internationals for Brazil and in all first class matches scored a remarkable 1,280 goals, second only to Artur Friedenreich, another Brazilian, who holds the world record with 1,329.

In many ways, Pelé was the complete athlete. With his skill and agility, he could have played in any position on the field, but he chose on wearing the number-10 shirt as an inside-left forward. He had great balance, which enabled him to dribble effortlessly around defenders, and his heading ability was remarkable.

On Oct. 1, 1977, Pelé's mission in the NASL ended. His last match, an exhibition game between the Cosmos and Santos, was sold out six weeks beforehand, covered by 650 journalists and broadcast in 38 nations.
Muhammad Ali embraced him in the locker room before the match and said, "Now there are two of the greatest." In a speech to dignitaries, celebrities and more than 75,000 fans, Pelé urged his audience to pay attention to the children of the world. At his request, the assemblage shouted, "Love! Love! Love!"
Then he went out and played the first half for the Cosmos -- scoring a goal on a rocket from 30 yards out -- and the second half for Santos.

On Pelé's retirement, J.B. Pinheiro, Brazil's ambassador to the U.N., said Pelé had "spent 22 years playing soccer, and in that time he has done more for goodwill and friendship than all of the ambassadors ever appointed."

In addition to his great accomplishments in soccer, he published several best-selling autobiographies, starred in several documentary and semi-documentary films, and composed numerous musical pieces, including the entire sound track for the film 'Pelé' (1977). He was the 1978 recipient of the International Peace Award, and in 1980 he was named athlete of the century.

In 1993, Pelé was inducted into the National Soccer Hall of Fame and is the former ambassador of sports in Brazil. He has also done extensive work for children's causes through UNICEF.

In 2000, Pelé was named second for the "Sportsman of the Century" award. The legendary Muhammad Ali got the honors.

Options.
Life presents us with options only if we can recognise them.
The ability to locate the viable option to every hard route is the key ingredient of a "turn-around" leader.

The life-line of a team rest solely on how accurately the leadership can response and fix challenges.

First outlook to challenges of leadership is to know that they are common to men. Also, know that there are viable options if you will be patient enough to locate them.

That calm mode must be reached by every leader in any crisis before a solution is attained. Answers are never in the troubled waters.

Set out before the rain.
Start thinking options now.
Let there be a plan b for everything, only in Gods’ hands can you leave things to bear.

Never run away from your battles.
Fight them they make you stronger.

LEARNING TO BE INVISIBLE

Growing up with the picture of a powerful and influential man sometimes been painted as a SUPERMAN (the super hero), I develop the tendency to wanting to disappear and reappear or sometimes be able to shoot gun and win battles, may be that was from the cartoons and late night movies.
As a young man I soon discover that the most powerful of all only stay behind the scene, controlling the activities and making things happen. This seems to make them INVISIBLE.

Many have picked up wrong doctrines from such representation, thereby be coming wicked and crafty.

How I love to be famous and influential! If that is your quest I do know in road, although am learning the process too. In my pursuit in life I have discover certain truth that may grant the Midas touch.


1. Be Single eye.

This principle those not relate to our physical human eye, but rather our intension.

Purity of purpose and intention per time is key to long lasting abundance. Anyone who deals with double mind may gather a few, but everything will soon disappear in his eyes.

To mature minds such attitude smells and can be perceived as disloyal, which may cost a fortune. If you reward evil for good, the sword may not depart your door. Make all things appear blameless (and truly blameless) before all.

To the pure all things are pure.


2. Practice transmutation.

Learning this in the university was a rewarding experience. Transmutation is the conscious shift of mental worries to active and productive venture.
When it seems that you are wounded or fall short of expectations, shift that hurt psychologically to a profitable event, getting to intensify your effort to follow through to success.

Leading a faith-based organisation on campus came with so much fame and responsibility for me, but at every time I tried to establish a relationship with a female friend and it turned to fall short of expectation, that is, a positive response, though feeling wounded I get back to my leadership position pouring that hurt out as quality time of investment on my work yielding better results and adding more crown to my name I more or less became invisible.

That is called SEX TRANSMUTATION.


3. Be dynamic, spontaneous and focus

To be successful you must be able to multi-task. However, being able to focus on each task to follow through to success is a great virtue.
Focus is the greatest skill of a sniper, dynamic and spontaneous response is the skill to keep him alive to win battles.
Your response as a leader in time of crisis determine whether your team float, sink or swim.

Never leave life to chance, you may never have an opportunity to replay.

Tips for living happily with your spouse

Living happily with your spouse does not happen by chance but takes several deliberate and carefully calculated steps
You have to be deliberate about being happy.

Happiness is not just a function of the buoyancy of your pocket but it’s a state of the mind. Happiness is available to the rich and the poor.
Here is a collection of tips that would help you achieve living happily with your spouse. If we can stay up all night to study and pass school exams, then these tips shouldn’t be too long for us to print and possibly recite over and over again until they become part of us.

The quality of your preparation determines the quality of your performance so start now especially if you are not married yet.
1. Never assume.
2. Compliment more than you criticize.
3. For each time you vent about your husband/wife/partner to your friends, tell three positive stories.
4. Remember that it is ok to do things differently (e.g. there is more than one way to peel a potato or fold the laundry).
5. Always make time for the two of you.
6. Marry someone that you enjoy listening and talking to.
7. Remember that marriage is sometimes a bed of roses and sometimes there are thorns.
8. Remember that the best gift that you can give your children is to love their mother/father.
9. Be fair! Split the housework, spending money, etc evenly. This way you are never resentful of your partners contributions (or lack of) or expenditures.
10. Never go to bed angry. (Unless it's 3a.m. and you're exhausted, angry, and not thinking straight.)
11. Remember that people do fight. It's how you do it that matters.
12. Before starting an argument, consider if it's really worth it.
13. Fight naked. ;)
14. Agree to disagree.
15. Never, ever mention the "D" word (divorce).

NEVER GIVE YOUR POWER AWAY

Never give your power away.
Delegation has cost us the strength of our being. Team work has broken the backbone of celebrities in their foetus stage of development. Not to talk of technology, this left many behind, without an ability to provide livelihood for their family.


I do believe in doing things as a team, but whenever you are privilege to lead a team or in leading your home and life into destiny, kindly learn to own the password to the vital areas to whatever it takes to succeed.
Learning this the hard way was not the best. Not to worry I learnt it very fast. As an undergraduate I organised various seminars teaching personal development strategies, self mastery, social ethics and protocol. I just knew what to say and how to get the wao moment from my audience, but never master the perfect use of Microsoft power point. I delegated it to friends who never knew the urgency of the work just a night before the major event.
The university conference hall was already set, posters and handbills with my pictures where all around campus, participants where already paying for the seminars. Here I am without a complete power point slides for my presentation. The content was very rich and voluminous; it was an intensive training of three days and minimum of six hours daily. I could not do it myself, I wrote the content on a note book for friends to help type, cut to the content on power point slide and put to appropriate design for use.


Working for about seven hours friends left me to my business of fame and knowledge without skill. With further complication from my laptop developing a screen problem I felt alone.
All thanks, there was a prompting within me never to be afraid, I got dress, getting to the conference centre three hours early in company of another friend who came with his laptop and printer to help. While speaking he was designing the next set of slides for presentation.
Never give your power away. Whatever makes your business work, be the master at it.


In IT business you may not be able to learn the programming languages or the necessary coding, but learn the process that lead to the programming and if you are given the codes can you input it appropriately? If that is not the core of your business do not mind.


In a church the power point is not in the choir or technical personnel, not to talk of sanctuary keepers or traffic and security department, although they are important, but the ability to design a system that unity the different skills and faces is the core of Church, this comes with the most essential ingredient, Spiritual connectivity- the power of God and the ministration of the word. This should not be delegated to the prayer department, neither to a bible study group.
As a mother or wife taking care of your children and honouring your husband is the core of that aspect of your life. It should not be delegated to a house maid or some care givers. To fathers or husbands providing and loving your wife and children is what you do, be a master at that too.


If everyone learns to be proficient at work the world will be a better place.
Never give your power away.

MIRACLES HAPPEN

Miracles happen every day if only we can recognise it.
Everyday around us there are opportunities presenting themselves as problems. Our ability to solve the problem leads to overwhelming abundance.
I have learnt over the years that the level of opportunity that you will ever experience is determined by your solution providing ability and response.
I have missed golden opportunities just because my response time was too slow to get the job done.
Since then I have decided to run ahead of opportunities. Miracles still happen daily.
Running ahead of opportunities is scheduling for success.
What are the opportunities that you missed in time past?
Start preparing for them like you have not lost that deal.
Design the frame work before the job comes. One thing am very sure of is that opportunities that you missed today are still running in cycles someday, soon, the same will appear to you, may be in a bigger fashion.
You have to prepare today.

LEADING CHANGE

"Overhauling the way a company does business calls for new skills and new relationships throughout the company's entire ecosystem-fundamentally new ways of looking at every process and every concept. Without generous portions of the right kind of leadership, workers will react to this avalanche of change as normal human being-heading backward toward the "safety" of the way things were. You, the leader, might be a bit chary of change yourself, because change will rearrange the elements that brought you to your current eminence."

My thought is deep. How do we effectively lead change, while we live in this cloth of flesh. Know that the human nature always want to stay within a comfort zone. The constant ingredient for change in leadership is VISION.
While in deep meditation few line came to mind, through my experience and haven’t lead success of organisation to change i can relate with these, enjoy as you read.

1. Cultivate people management skill.
People are important to vision, dreams and ideas. Humans are the life-blood of systems. A work force not well guide will destroy the world class system and concept.
Remember, leaders touch a heart before they ask for a hand.

2. Inspection.
Conduct constant inspect of the processing line each minute. Keep watch on the job. People dont do what expect, they only do what you inspect.

3. Never give power your away.
I learnt this the hard way, while I organise seminars without adequate knowledge of the power point design.
You should not be a novice in whatever is the core of your assignment or work. Walk the length and breadth of the change you aspire to lead.
It’s a disaster to have a novice as a leader.

4. Train them.
Staff development is important to organisational growth. If you don’t train them don’t blame them. Develop the intelligence of your staff in the line of change your organisation desire.

5. Keep at it.
Big shoots are little shoots that kept shooting. Whatever challenge encountered on the journey to change, count it all a part of the process. Keep refining your process to achieve the goal. Our lives will only get better if we don’t give on ourselves. Keep walking.

6. Relax.
Relax. Relax. Relax. Renew your strength by taking some time out to rest, have some time with your family, staff and / or friends. Life goes round when we share the joy of life with whom we do productive work together. Imagine a world without play. Where everything you do have to be serious. Relax.

CHANGE LEVELS

Life only reaches its peak when you stop.
The peak of life in itself is determined by your ability to keep walking.
The road may not be smooth, life those not promise to be all roses, never expect to drive the road of life without bumps.

However, like the gear system in a motor car, to climb a higher height you most change gear. You need a "high push" from deep within your being to excel in the journey of life.
There no iron clad rule on how to journey in life, but there are constant gears to change level in life.
1. Joyfulness: the joyful ones rule the rest. Be happy.
2. Incubate: Keep ideas within you until they are fully developed.
3. Innovate: Be strategic at life. Be dynamic. Use technology to enhance whatever you do. Go beyond borders.
4. Associate: Be free to love and be loved.
WHATEVER LIFE BRINGS TO YOU KEEP WALKING, YOU WILL WIN.

LEARN DAILY

Human beings are made to grow. While there is a rejocing at growth, we such critically exam the down turn of growth.

Many persons who never take note of this dynamics of life cycle have the hands burnt in disgrace. No organisation wants to keep a none productive staff, though growing in age but experiencing a rapid down turn in mental alertness and strategic positioning.

Its natural for the human mental and physical make up to decay if there is no life in them. We can give life to our mortal body by learning daily and maximize the increase of age.

Age speaks wisdom when there is a constant mental growth. Read a book today. Attend that training. Practise the things you have learnt.
When you stop learning , you start dying.

LIFE

Life is good with friends and family.
When you are surrounded by people who share your views and opinions you feel so much at home. At any point when there is a disagreement not throw the baby away with the dirty water.Everyone will not always agree with you at all times. Learn to master relationships. Be calm.

Life is good with mentors.
God gave us mentor so that there can be control.There can be a mentor in a friend or collegue. Never ignore correction.
Correction is bitter, but change you must embrace.
Its bitter but the fruit is sweet.

Life is good with Jesus.
Everyone needs a covering, never live the next minute without Jesus Christ as the Lord of your life.

BLOSSOM: SPEAKING

Its no more news that our words create our world.

I heard of a true life story about an Israeli farmer, a man consistently notice that when he is about planting he holds the seeds in his hand and speak to the seeds (this is a very successful farmer). He approached him out of curiosity, saying what do you speaking to the seeds?

The farmer answered saying: “everything that has life in itself, for it to blossom, it needs some form of encouragement in words”.

Whatever you do today speak to your tomorrow, it will blossom. For every word spoken will attract the equivalent to you.

Speak to everything and anything that has life around you, it will blossom. If no one encourages you, kindly do the world a favour encourage yourself.

Speak to your Church. Speak to your relationship. Speak to your yet unborn children. They will blossom.

I also remember that every seed carries a genetic code, they reproduce after. Your life is a seed speak to it, it will blossom.
Anyone can practically create or recreate his / her world if he / she can dare to give some encouragement in words to his / her life.

Lock yourself up and keep speaking to your future. If you can consistently speak the right words for the next thirty days to a particular accept of your life it will blossom practically while you watch.

Always remember that everything that has life in itself, for it to blossom, needs some form of encouragement in words.
The world is young speak the best, see the best.

THE COUNSEL

I received a counsel a few weeks back, feel i should share with you, its not absolute but i believe it will bless you. Enjoy learning.

1. Marry right.
2. Both of you should be willing to work on your marriage.
3. Be willing to expose yourself, only to each other.
4. Never allow external influence, first resolve the issues with yourself. Let it be within both of you, if you allow external influence your spouse loose respect with the people. The people may support you but will never respect your spouse; thereby you will soon loose respect too.
5. The way you carry your spouse is the way people will respond to them. Preferable call your spouse “Nike” / pet name.
6. All give to your spouse what they will ordinarily not get outside. Like kneel down for the man. May be say thank you after sex.
7. Never allow ungodly counsel in your relationship. Watch it with face book friends. Know all friends of influence on your spouse, if they are not right agree to cut off from them.

SOMEDAY EVERYTHING WILL MAKE PERFECT SENSE

At certain times in our life’s we find the road slippery or face rock hard challenges, despite the investments and the things we know or can do. Is life trying to get me at something? Sometimes we wonder. What is all this about?

One of many lessons I have learnt is never to find the way in anxiety or in worry. It’s frustrating to be running in circles in a dark room with obstacles on the way out. The secret is taking your time to be calm within you, the answer will find you.

The internal guidance system works best when you are relax and focus. Joy is a key factor to achieving greatness. Learn to laugh. Be happy. Do your best, be the guy with the idea, dream big, work hard and never be lazy.
The future belongs to the hopeful.

Someday, everything will make perfect sense. So for now; laugh at the confusion, smile through the tears and keep reminding yourself that everything happens for a reason.

LET MERCY RULE YOUR HEART

"When you judge others, as a man who can also make mistakes, always reason along with care and judge no mans’ servant. Think good of others. What you project in your thought life towards others grows in your garden. Gratitude has recently been discovered by high achieving individuals as one of the most powerful tools for achieving dreams yet gratitude for your personal blessings cannot reverse the effect of ill willed thoughts towards others. Let mercy rule your heart."
This is my leading thought.

I do believe that little hinges swing huge doors. In my journey in life I have seen many people make mockery of a situation or a personality, or seek to take vengeance into their hands, thereby harbouring wickedness in their heart, the resultant effect is that the same happens to them. This is no excuse for wrong doing.

Guide your heart with all diligence, for out of it are the vital keys of life. Whatever you allow into the cultivation of your heart will germinate and rule your life.

Fight for your heart. Fight that fight, it’s a good fight. Am fighting certain things right now, never to allow it take root in my heart, less the good ground of my heart, be corrupted.
There are three gate ways to your heart.
1. Eye gate: what are you allowing into your life through your eyes? Censor what you view on T.V. Pictures have a high retaining capacity in human heart. Never allow any vain thought dominate your life. Thinking well of all men.

2. Mouth gate: what are you saying? Speak the desired future not the circumstance. You are the first prophet of your life. Be careful what you say, your words will soon become flesh. Speak the best of all men.

3. Hear gate: what / who do you listen to? Words are carriers of spirits. What / who you listen to will transfer his spirit to you. Hear no evil, think no evil, and see no evil.
