The Psychology of Success

Success is purely a product of well calculated steps, nothing just happen.
The instrumental force of success is in the ability to utilise the mind.

Never allow yourself reduced to a physical job handler, kindly don’t delight in it.
The best of men knows that success in a mind game.

The psychology of success is THINK, FEEL, and ACT.
When you think it, you feel it, when you feel it, you act it!
Take time to invest in your mind.

Concentrate on an idea it will yield result.
Every picture that stays long enough on your mind will attract its material equivalence.

The human mind is structure to attract the object of focus from the mental realm to the material universe.
Our lives is practically dominated by the things will think, feel and do.

Get rid of the junk, let start succeeding on a higher scale.

My secret love for President Barack Obama

As a black skin young man I could not imagine how much dignity was brought to my race when one man took the courage of stepping into the waters where only the mighty could swim, full of sharks and dared the impossible.
He through the boldness of his soul took the high and mighty in contest, many thought he will only make a few noise here and there, then he will just be history, but he seems to have seen the future through the eye of the great Martin Luther king jnr who prophesy the today that we live in. Martin Luther in a speech said he has seen the future, just as dramatic as it seems the world and America today, have a black man sitting and governing from the white house.
I only saw a movie of a black man on the race for the president of the world power-united state of America. Little did I know that some day it will soon become the experience of our days? A black man of Kenyan origin, born and raised in white family will rule the world power, which made him the most powerful human on earth and commanding the highest honour of all times.
This is a mystery!
I love this man Barack Obama, the 44th president of the united state of America.
I love him for his:
Boldness: The cowards die a million times before their actual death. Boldness has some genius in it.
Wealth of knowledge: knowledge is power; it will differentiate who wins and who loses.
Panache: Barack is in a class of his own. Style is an attracting force; anyone could be pulled by this force.
Gift of the mouth: the mouth is a defence. Carefully crafted and well spoken words are an adornment on the neck of the speaker, priceless, more than the finest of gold.
Hospitality: great leaders touch a heart before they ask for a hand, Barack knows how to make friend out of a total stranger he is meeting for the first time.
Never take defeat seriously: he never gave up fight. He knows how to calm the storm.
Believe: you can tell a man will succeed from his looks, so much believe radiate through him, America could not but trust him. He believed the words of Martin Luther king Jnr. You could tell in his speech, just like mlk!
Strategic: how more strategic a man can be? He took off the terror leader of the 9/11, with no trace before hand, taking the world by surprise.
Discipline: not one cigarette since the white house.lol.

Finally my secret love lessons exposed!
Many more later............. I love you Barack!

How to Develop a Winning Attitude

"Thinking is the hardest work there is, which is the probable reason why so few engage in it." -Henry Ford

Man's ability over all other creatures on this Earth is the ability to think. All successful people use this talent to improve their lives and control their own destiny.

Only you can take the initial step toward the unleashing of the power within your own mind. The power is awesome and at times can be frightening.

However, man has abilities of the mind that many people cannot or would not believe.
The first step in using your true mental abilities is understanding the seven triggering mechanisms that guarantee success.

1. Passion - All truly successful people have a driving force within them that sets them apart from others. A desire, an energy that gives them the fuel to reach their true potential.

This force is a part of them 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It never subsides. Their total existence is sustained for the fulfilment of their goals.

The passion within this individual to achieve has been so deeply implanted, that their mental power is driven by this force and will not let them do anything other than achieve.

2. Belief - "They can because they think they can"-Virgil. You will only make $100,000 this year if you first believe you can. If you do not believe you can you are telling yourself you want it, but it is truly not obtainable.

The truth of life is that man's limits are self imposed by what the mind is given to believe. If you expand your belief of your own abilities, you will also expand your true realm of accomplishment.

A man of whom all are aware, lived his life with adversity, but he constantly believed he could achieve.

* Failed in business at age 31
* Was defeated in a legislative race at age 32
* Failed again in business at age 34
* Overcome death of sweetheart at age 35
* Had a nervous breakdown at age 36
* Lost an election at age 38
* Lost a congressional race at age 43
* Lost a congressional race at age 46
* Lost a congressional race at age 48
* Lost a Senatorial race at age 55
* Failed to become Vice President at age 56
* Lost a Senatorial race at age 58
* Was elected President of the United States at age 60

With all the adversity that faced him, President Abraham Lincoln had no reason to continually try other than the fact that he believed it was his destiny and measure of success to accomplish this task.

"Man is what believes" -Anton Checkhov

3. Strategy - A strategy is your game plan of life. The road map you will use to accomplish your goals, ambitions and desires.

Just to believe you can earn $100,000 a year is not enough, you must design a strategy that gives your life direction and navigates you toward success.

The key to strategy is to design a proper strategy to achieve your success without the detours of life, to find the shortest distance between two points.

4. Clarity of Values - Man must first determine which things in life are most valuable to him. He must determine his feeling about such things as patriotism, pride, love, freedom, excellence, ownership and tolerance.

These are values in society, the moral, ethical and fundamental judgements that we, as individuals, deem important. Without a clear system of values for ourselves, it is impossible to believe in something with a passion that has no value to us.

Once we have established our individual value system we are then able to determine how we can achieve success based on our priority of values. What must we five up in one hand to accomplish what we desire on the other.

Without a value system we can never move forward for we may be trading without increasing our potential for success.

5. Energy - Without the physical vitality to take action, nothing would ever come of our system to this point.

The passion could build, our belief of accomplishment could be overwhelming, we could have the best strategy or map to achieve the ultimate value for our own life, but if not for taking the first step, nothing could ever be accomplished.

Great success cannot be separated from physical, spiritual and mental energy that allows us, compels us, to accomplish the most with what we have to work with.

Physical energy comes from the strength of the body itself fuelled by our intake of nourishment. It is therefore important that we fuel our engine with premium fuel (good eating habits), not low grade regular (junk food).

Our spiritual and intellectual energy evolves from our environment and it is therefore important that we assess our own personal environment to maximize the energy that we can obtain.

6. Bonding Power - We have all known people that have exhibited the ability to get along with anyone and everyone.

The ability to be a chameleon is truly the ability to connect with and bond with others.

The ability to build rapport. Being able to deal with others as Mr. Robbins says "To effectively communicate, we must realize that we are all different in the way we perceive the world and use this understanding as a guide to our communication with others."

7. Mastery of Communication - Take charge and run your own mind. No longer allow our mind to run our lives, but rather take charge of our own mental abilities and cause them to work for our own accomplishment of success.

Adjustment

The secret of great men is the ability to adjust to prevailing forces and then flourish.

Men may not be born great, but men evolve.
Some entrepreneurs, who didn't adjust to the evolution of the age moving from type writer to the computer, such got their fingers burnt in the fire of regret. When men do not shift with ideas they are left behind and lose their glory.

That was the tale of a friend’s father who uses to be a flourishing entrepreneur using the type writer for business and selling wholesales, but he refuse to change with the computer age.

He had in store large shipment of outdated equipment worth millions that no one desire to purchase or take as a monument. His business did not only sink, he sank with the business and the entire family was left to suffer. He made a ship wreck of himself and his family vision. What a sad story to remember.

Man is not finality, but a possibility, in the womb of patience and perseverance is life is breed. To ignore the power and potency of the principle of adjustment is to be dead while breathing.

Disorder causes pain. When pain is felt it's a proof of disorder something is not in its proper place. If pain must stop we must adjust.

With a little experience about the fundamentals of the camera, I learnt that proper adjustment of the lens must be done to focus on the object; at some point the person in waiting just want the picture done but the expert by experience will insist on focus. When proper adjustment is done then the job is eighty percent done.

Such is our lives, if only we make the adjustments necessary at every change in the click of time, living will be without stress.

Adjustment will require a diligent search, kindly give it the best of your thinking and time, life will pay you in due season.

There are no time wasted in preparation, so also there no time wasted in adjusting, rather it saves time and deliver from the pain and agony of life.

Making the right adjustment may just be mental and not necessarily physical; this is the most important adjustment because everything changes in the direction of the mind.

Our minds are the helm turning the TITANIC ship of our destiny.

Only mad men don't change their mind. That was the strongest quote for adjustment I and a group of friends shared while we were in the college.

It motivated us never to feel bad changing our minds and adjusting to prevailing instructions. I have learnt by experience that if I didn’t want to lose my mind adjustment is crucial.

Adjust, time is running out!
